Marie, initially trained as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, and using Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion in her clinical practice. Marie Bloomfield is a leader in teaching Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and Compassion-Focused Therapy to health professionals in Australia. She knows from personal and clinical experience that compassion changes and enhances lives.
Marie offers counselling, coaching sessions as well as mentoring and supervision for health care workers and health professionals,
who wish to integrate the power of mindfulness and self-compassion in their life.

Marie Bloomfield is a registered clinical psychologist, approved by the Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to provide counselling, coaching, mentoring and supervision to psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Marie has a wide range of personal and professional experiences in Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and other self-compassion approaches.

Marie is also a Medicare provider.
As a qualified therapist with years of experience working with individuals facing various mental health issues, Marie is also a registered provider for Medicare, which means that her services are eligible for rebates under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative.
